Carrizo Springs Jr. High UIL District Meet Results

The CSJH UIL Team won second place overall at the UIL District 29AAAA UIL Meet which took place Saturday, December 10th at Lytle Middle School.  The placings of the 7th & 8th grade students are:

UIL One-Act Play Company Wins at District!

The Carrizo Springs Junior High School UIL One-Act Play Company traveled to Lytle, TX on Friday, December 2, 2016 for District 30–4A District Competition to perform the play “Tracks” by Peter Tarsi. 

Congratulations to the members of this awesome Company and Directors for bringing home a win. The company won a 2nd place Plaque, 16 silver medals and 6 individual award medals.  The individual awards were as follows; Jeremy Gonzalez, Honorable Mentioned Cast; Alyssa Cummins, Honorable Mentioned Cast; Bianca Ruiz, All Star Cast; Audrey Arroniz, All Star Cast; Janelle Perez, Honor Crew; and Alejandro Silva District Best Actor.

UIL One-Act District Director Mireles would like to thank the following individuals for attending the contest and supporting the students.  Vice-Principal, Monique Gonzalez; Marlene Gonzalez; Jennifer-Gonzalez Rios; Hector & Mary Gonzalez; Matthew Mendoza, Mrs. Reynolds, B.J.
